Handmade to order. Each Story Plaque is made just for you and shipped with tracking. Typical delivery runs 6 to 11 business days in total: 2 to 4 business days to make it, then 4 to 7 business days for shipping.

Which tier to choose. Essential is the 9" x 9" plaque with the collar slot and the private online memorial page. Premium is the larger 9" x 11" plaque, and it adds a written memorial letter about your pet plus a note from us each year remembering them with you.

Personalizing is easy. Add your pet's name and upload their photo here when you order, and we take care of the rest. You can also send the photo later by replying to your order confirmation email.

Our made-right guarantee. If your plaque arrives damaged or we get a detail wrong, we will remake it or refund you. Send us a photo within 14 days.

The Story Plaque holds what a photograph alone cannot: your pet's own collar, threaded through a slot built into the plaque beside their picture. The collar they wore, kept as it is.

Every plaque also comes with a private online memorial: a page of your own holding their photo, their dates, and whatever you would like to write about them. Only the people you share the link with can see it, and it stays up for as long as you need it.
