Refund policy
Because each Story Plaque is personalized specifically for your pet, we aren't able to accept returns for change of mind.
If your plaque arrives damaged, or there's an error on our part (a misspelled name, wrong photo, printing defect), please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
If you notice a mistake on your personalization form after submitting it, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually make corrections before production begins.
