Every Story Plaque is personalized and made to order once you complete the personalization form — nothing is mass-produced or kept in stock, so please allow time for your plaque to be made with care.

Estimated timeline: production typically takes 2–4 business days, plus 4–7 business days for shipping within the US — about 6–11 business days in total from completing your personalization form. International shipping (outside the US) can take longer. We'll send tracking as soon as your plaque ships.

If your plaque is needed by a specific date (for a memorial service or anniversary), let us know when you order and we'll do what we can to help.
